You can have up to 30 pieces of content per campaign at the same time. However, each piece of content must be different from the rest. How can I add more content? Adding content is easy. Go to the 'Content' step of the campaign setup and click on 'Add Content'. You will be required to create a title, tagline and abstract. From there, select the content type and enter or upload the content. If your content is not a PDF, you will also need to upload a cover graphic. What should my title, tagline, and abstract be? The title, tagline, and abstract are extremely important assets within your campaign. These items will help drive targeting and engagement across the network. Title: Create a captivating title with keywords directly aligned with the content and your target audience. Tagline: Use a compelling short description of the content that supports the title and cover. Can I edit my existing content if I need to make changes? Yes – simply go to step 2 and edit your existing pieces for and title, tagline, abstract, and cover changes. Instead of redirecting registrants to fill out a second registration form, we will pass the sign-up information from our form to your form by setting up a connector for a better user experience. Please contact portal-support@netline.com for help with setup. What are the NetLine Standard Field Names delivered in my fulfillment file? City Company Company_size Company_revenue Country Date Email First Industry Industry_other Job_function Job_function_other Job_level Title Last Phone Zip State Address1 Address2 Offercode Offer Channel Privacy_consent What is the difference between lead scoring and lead filters? Lead filters set the requirements of an acceptable lead for your campaign. By setting lead filters, you will only receive and be billed for leads matching the filters selected. A filter is a guarantee that you will only receive leads within that criteria. Lead scoring is a way for you to further target what is already accepted in your filters, as well as you a way to rank your leads. For example: If you're okay receiving all industries, but Retail is the most ideal, it would be scored an 'A' while the rest would be scored 'B' or 'C'. You can also choose which questions are the most important. For example: If their job area is the most important factor, rate that question a 10. Lead scoring is not filtering and anything you do not want to accept should be filtered out instead. Can I add my own privacy policy to the registration form? You can display your privacy policy at no cost in step 3: Questions, under 'Custom Questions,' and create a "Text Display" custom question. Within the modal, you may copy and paste your privacy policy into the text field. How do I run an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaign? Target professionals working at a specified list of companies by applying an 'Account-Based Marketing' filter to a LeadFlow campaign on the 'Filter' step. You will not be able to select company size and industry filters when using an ABM filter. Upload a target account list. Your file must be in CSV format and may only contain one column. List the company website domains or company names, for example: netline.com or NetLine Corporation. Once your list is successfully uploaded, a matched and unmatched count will display based upon the number of companies recognized in our database. Any company unmatched will not be applicable for this filter. Download your unmatched list to check for spelling errors in the list, make edits, and upload your file again. Applying an ABM filter will increase the campaign cost-per-lead by $17. Why won't my ABM list upload? Please make sure your list only has one column, with no headers, and is in .CSV format. The records should consist of full company names or domains. There should be no special characters in the list records or in the file name. If you have checked all of these things and are still having issues, please contact portal-support@netline.com. Can I suppress leads from specific accounts/companies? Yes, you may choose to suppress a specified list of accounts or companies to ensure they are not included in your fulfillment files. Account Suppression is available for LeadFlow campaigns on the 'Filter' step. Upload a list of up to 100 companies. Your file must be in CSV format and may only contain one column. List the company website domain(s) or company name(s), for example: netline.com or NetLine Corporation. Once your list is successfully uploaded a matched and unmatched count will display based upon the number of companies recognized in our database. Any company unmatched will not be applicable for suppression. Download your unmatched list to check for spelling errors, make edits, and upload your file again. Applying an Account Suppression list will increase the campaign cost-per-lead by the following increments: up to 100 names: $3; up to 1,000 names: $6, up to 10,000 names: $10. Can I only receive leads with business email addresses? Yes, you may choose to only receive leads using a business email address to download your content and reject all leads using a personal email address, for example: Gmail, Comcast, or Yahoo. The 'Business Only Email Address' filter can be applied to LeadFlow campaigns on the 'Filter' step. Applying a Business Only Email Address filter will increase the campaign cost-per-lead $2.50. Note: A higher percentage of professionals use their personal email address for research. By applying this filter, you risk rejecting qualified leads. How do I choose my target audience and criteria for my campaign? You can choose filter criteria for your campaign in step 4, 'Filters'. NetLine will only deliver leads that meet the filter criteria you select. These are known as "good" leads. Can I choose a company size and revenue filter? You cannot filter off of both company size and revenue. Please select one when choosing your filters. You will still receive data for both options in your fulfillment files, regardless of the filter type you choose. Can I update my campaign filters after my campaign has gone live? You may update your filters at any time in step 4, 'Filters'. For these changes to take effect, you must review (step 10) and submit (step 11) your campaign. Can I apply secondary level lead filters by job area and industry? Yes, you may apply secondary level lead filters by expanding the Job Area and Company Industry filters for LeadFlow campaigns. On the 'Filter' step, the job area and industry filter menus include (+) next to all values which can be further expanded to make your selections. Applying secondary level lead filters will increase the campaign cost-per-lead by $8. Note: Applying secondary level lead filters will narrow your target audience and likely slow down your rate of lead volume. Can I use my custom questions as filters? No, you cannot filter on custom questions. They are ways for you to gather additional information to arm your sales team with higher quality leads. For example, you can ask, "What is your biggest pain point with your current solution?" to help arm your sales team with a value proposition when they follow-up. But standard Content Syndication Lead Generation campaigns cannot filter these responses. Can the campaign lead goal or budget be increased after the campaign launches? Yes. You can increase the lead goal or budget of an existing campaign at any time on the 'Lead Terms' step of the campaign setup process. Note: Once a campaign reaches the lead goal or budget, the campaign will no longer generate leads unless you edit the lead terms to increase the number accordingly. For example: If your previous lead goal was 10 and you want to add an additional 5 leads, your new lead goal should be 15 leads. The same update goes for budget. How will I receive my lead data? In the campaign setup process, you will be able to select to receive your lead fulfillment data via a csv. file by email. You have the option of selecting daily or weekly email files, and can add up to three email recipients. NetLine highly recommends receiving lead fulfillment files automatically. You can also access all leads generated per campaign on the 'Leads' tab at any time. Nothing happens when I click download to download my leads. What can I do? Please make sure popups are enabled and try again. If you're still having trouble contact portal-support@netline.com. Can I update the field values to match my picklists? Simply go to step 6, 'Mapping' and open up the question to view the values to start mapping. To do bulk mapping, clear the values first, then type the main value in the first level and press enter for it to drop to the next levels. Can I receive leads directly to my CRM or Marketing Automation Platform (MAP)? Yes. We offer integration with your CRM or MAP. To use this capability, please go to step 9, 'Fulfillment' and scroll down to the 'Connector Fulfillment' section. The campaign schedule has a 30 day minimum, but I need to end before that. What can I do? You must set the end date at least 30 days out. If you need to stop the campaign before then, simply go to the 'Campaigns' tab and pause the campaign on your desired date. Can I add pacing to my campaign? Yes. You can add a monthly maximum in step 7, 'Lead Terms' to pace the amount of leads you wish to receive on a monthly basis. There are no daily or weekly caps. Will I be charged for the full amount of leads even if my campaign doesn't fulfill? No – If your campaign does not complete, you will only be charged for the leads that were generated. Does the NetLine Portal provide reporting? The NetLine Portal features a campaign dashboard, real-time lead reports, and campaign summary insight reporting. Additionally, you have the option to schedule automated campaign summary reports. How can I monitor my campaigns? The NetLine Portal provides several key tools for monitoring campaigns once they are live. The 'Welcome' tab features a quick list of your most recent campaigns that you can click to instantly review and edit. The 'Campaign' tab lists all of your campaigns and provides instant access to review and edit from this page. The 'Leads' tab provides both a summary of lead generated per campaign and a detailed view of the leads generated with export options. The 'Salvage' tab allows you to review rejected leads so that a business opportunity is never missed. The 'Reports' tab allows you to export the campaign summary report that highlights key campaign insights per campaign. In addition to the in-portal tools, you also have the option to subscribe to automated fulfillment files and campaign summary reports to easily monitor your campaigns. Can I archive old campaigns? Campaigns that are paused or completed can be archived to help keep your dashboard on your Welcome page organized. You can do this by going to the 'Campaigns' page and selecting "Archive" from the action dropdown menu for campaigns that are completed. What happens if I receive a lead with bad or bogus data? While we have rigorous data checks in place to prevent bad data from getting passed through to you, it is possible for "bad" leads to be sent. To reconcile the possibility of this happening, we deliver an extra 5% on your lead goal at the end of each campaign. We call these leads "scrub leads." How can I view my leads on-demand? You can view your leads at any time by going to the 'Leads' page. Click on "Download" on the far right next to the desired campaign you wish to review leads. You will be able to view your leads in an Excel file. How can I review rejected leads? Simply select the campaign name you wish to review reject leads, then click download to view them in Excel. Can I purchase any of the rejected leads? You may purchase rejected leads at the cost per lead price determined for the respective campaign. To salvage these leads, go to the 'Salvage' page, check the leads you wish to purchase, then click "Salvage". Full lead information will be available under the 'Leads' page for the respective campaign. Leads will appear within 30 minutes of salvaging. Can I purchase/salvage rejected leads if my lead goal or budget has already been met? Yes. That said, you first must increase the lead goal or budget of an existing campaign so there are funds to approve such a purchase. This can be done on the 'Lead Terms' step of the campaign setup process. If your campaign End Date has been met, you may also need to extend the End Date in the "Schedule" step. Next, resubmit the campaign. Once the campaign is active, you can go to the "Salvage" tab and select any additional leads that you would like to convert and purchase. How long does it take for campaigns to be approved and go live? Campaigns are reviewed within 48 business hours and once approved the campaign will begin to launch across NetLine's network within four business hours. Campaigns will ramp up over several business days as the new content is applied across all channels. Billing FAQ How will I be billed for the leads generated by my campaign? In the 'Lead Terms' step of the campaign setup process you may select the number of leads requested or set the total campaign budget.
